Well Woman yoga therapy supports women through their life cycles. Offering nurturing wisdom and techniques to help restore their bodies into balance and returning them to optimum vitality. Using gentle but enlivening yoga, breath awareness, meditation, Yoga Nidra and relaxation. Womb Yoga or Well Woman therapy has been created by the wonderful teacher Uma Dinsmore-Tuli to assist us through these cycles and seasons. I offer 1-2-1 sessions in the comfort of your own home to support your individual needs. Whether you need help in;
Pre-menstruation tension, menstrual pain, irregular periods, endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids, heavy bleeding, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety.
