If you have been practising yoga for one year or more or have a established home practise then this class is perfect for you! These classes are centred on activating our body with yoga asana and connecting with our breath to create ease, relaxation and rejuvenation. We use props to support and challenge our bodies –working deep within the pose/posture to feel its full effects on the mind, body and spirit.
